A Workshop on Drone flying and 3D mapping
Raj Maharjan is an aircraft engineer with 4 years of professional experience in an Airline company. He has completed his aeronautics study in China and is currently leading a company called ‘Airlift Technology’. Airlift Technology aims to increase the number of drone pilots in the country. They also build drones with fixed wings and multi-rotors catering to beginner pilots.
Airlift is a Nepali start-up pioneering in the field of mapping technology. We utilize latest hardware such as drone, lasers, cameras, to build software products and services.Airlift’s vision is to make maps useful for everyday use cases in Nepal. Be it locating your friend’s house or commuting in public transportation.

Day 1: Introduction to Drone Technology and its application in Nepal – An insightful session from Raj Maharjan, Cofounder of Airlift Technology.
Day 2: Working with Drone – Drone flying and 3D mapping session.
Requirements
Inquisitive minds with patience to learn the skills and apply them to real-world problems.
